Twelve Oaks Shopping Center is pleased to announce the Fall opening of Comcast’s Xfinity store. It will occupy the former Mattress Firm location, Unit 45, 4,302 square feet, at the entrance of the shopping center at 5500 Abercorn Street.
Xfinity joins Publix, Pier 1 Imports, Lens Crafters, Starbucks, Bonefish Grill, Globe Shoe Company, Bleu Belle Bridal, J. Parker Ltd. and other fine retail and food operations. David Garfunkel and Louis Lipsitz with David Garfunkel & Co. L.L.C. worked with representatives of Xfinity on the lease transaction.
